Baby Pop & Whip flow: demo & tips
Pre-requisites:
• Shin to Foot (seen in this flow, a variation of kneeling in hands)
• Whip exercises (straight pops)

Safety:
Spotter:
• Stand alongside, with hands on the Flyers shoulder to help stabilise and slow if falling
Self-Spot:
• Bases start small with the pop height
• Use pillows
Tips:
Base:
• Don’t pop the front, when going from kneeling to bird, it’s dangerous if your flyer is forced to planch
Flyer:
• Offer your hip when landing in bird, do not bend at your hips
