Description
The villagers struggle to get the whale into their boats! You’ll practice canoe to straddle bat. Then the Queen offers the whale to the forest spirit, but the whale denies them! Learn the transition from throne to whale. The people apologise to the spirits and bow, here you’ll learn folded leaf. Now in harmony with the spirits you’ll learn shoulder stand. We end with one way to connect all elements you’ve learnt, with some new moves thrown in there, make your own creative flow, or look at our library for other poses.
