Straddle Bat: two tips, entry & exit

Base tips:
• Your feet are in an “A” shape, close to the hips ( with your toes pointing inward )
• Support the flyer’s shoulders when you need to make adjustments

Flyer tips:
• Stay flexed in your hips, a pike straddle ( with open legs: imagine that legs should point to the ground)

Extra:
• Practice the cartwheel out in slow motion, it will help to teach you how to cartwheel in
