Shoulder Stand on Knees: position, entry & exercise

Base tips:
• Lock your elbows out if you have trouble keeping your arms straight
• The heel of your palms support the shoulder, with your fingers and thumb curling over onto the back side
• Think of pushing the Flyer towards your legs

Flyer tips:
• Don’t jump in until you’re confident with the position
• Enter and exit in a controlled manner
• Never let go of the bases thighs!
