Reverse Star: two exercises

Base tips:
• Receive with your legs as the Flyer jumps and lands their weight onto your feet
• Once their hips are on top of yours, extend your legs and push through your heels
• Make sure that your legs don’t travel towards your head

Flyer tips:
• Practice jumping onto higher platforms and rolling your hips above your hands
• Practice various leg positions while being upside down
• Keep your elbows together for more control
