Inside Side Star: two variations

Base tips:
• Place foot below the Flyers hip when entering the position
• Receive as they lean the weight in, and extend straight up smoothly
• Rotate outer arm in towards the Flyer to give chest support

Flyer tips:
• Open hips to the side, while keeping chest facing downwards
• A wide straddle can help in this position
• Lean the weight in confidently for the base to assist you
