Base tips:
• Ensure your feet are at least parallel with knees
• Bring your knees to your chest if you can
• It helps stability to connect your feet, making a triangle out of your shins
Flyer tips:
• Stand close to base’s knees
• Move weight slowly, keep weight forward rather than backwards
