Foot to Hand (F2H): position & three exercises
Base tips:
• Grip your flyers foot with the base of your palm under the ball of their foot
• NO quick movements
Flyer tips:
• Don’t flex your feet, think of standing on the ball of your foot
• Move slooooowly
• Try to keep your weight stacked above your middle foot
