Foot to Foot (F2F): entry, exit & tips

Base tips:
• When entering the position, keep the Flyers arms underneath their shoulders
• Offer the heel of your palm until the flyer can release
• Really flex your feet
• Don’t make any quick movements!

Flyer tips:
• When squatting down, keep your chest up
• Your arms are outside in the squat on the way up, and inside in the squat on the way down
