Basic Whip Exercises: demo & tips

Pre-requisites:
• Level 1.1
• Level 1.2

Safety:

Spotter:
• Alongside incase the balance is lost sideways

Self-Spot:
• Walk through it first to feel the pathway and figure out how much space you need
• Use pillows behind the base

Tips:

Base:
• Bend your legs and move the knees outwards to make space
• Practice to get a feel for the momentum

Flyer:
• Make yourself small by always pushing down your legs and rounding your upper body
• Tie your hair up so as not to lash the base with it
