Floating Paschi: entry & exit
• Straddle Bat
• L-sit or Shoulder Stand
• Straighten your arms, without pushing your shoulders off the ground
• Index and middle finger point towards your head, along the flyers arm
• Spot your Flyer in the beginning by keeping your feet in contact with their back
• From frog, hold the front of your shins tightly and slowly extend your legs
• Once in the triangle, don’t change your shape, try to resist!
